1、获得服务器上的字符集
首先登录上sqlplus，查看服务器上的字符集。
sqlplus user/pass@ip/sid
#得到如下结果：
SQL> select userenv('language') from dual;
USERENV('LANGUAGE')
--------------------------------------------------[......]
如果安装时候是英文的话，不包含中文编码（GBK），可以如下解决：
sudo locale-gen zh_CN.GB18030
#在着这个格文件添加一行
gedit /var/lib/locales/supported.d/local
zh_CN.GBK GBK
#最后
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
完成。[......]
1、安装中文字体
我这里就文泉驿了，地址如下：

su
dpkg -i ./wqy-bitmapfont
2、添加locales
如果选择了英文安装，则locales都是没有安装上的，于是
dpkg-reconfigure locales
把zh_开头的几个选上就OK了。
默认locales不要改，否则终端会有乱码。
